Nottetempo Chardonnay

From an innovative and revolutionary night harvesting method for these Chardonnay grapes, was born the rare wine which holds the freshness, flowers, and fruit fragrances concentrated by the grape during the cool night. The word Nottetempo translates to "Nighttime".

At sight, this wine presents a concentrated and brilliant golden yellow color with hints of green. The nose is generous and delicious with tropical fruits; papaya, mango, aromatic herbs, and a hint of almonds and vanilla. The taste is fresh, velvety, and pleasing, with a smooth vanilla accent, elegant structure and complexity, and a long, delicious and persistent finish.

Pairs perfectly with any fish or shellfish, grilled, poached or fried, and simply by the glass.

Prosecco Brut

Made from one of the oldest grapes grown in Italy, this big, full body style Prosecco is made in the style and traditions of northern Italian Spumante wines. At sight the wine is a brilliant golden color with hints of light maroon and pink highlights. On the nose it has a delicate feel of roses and under wood. On the palate the wine is slightly dry, sweet and soft, supple and aromatic with a wonderful and delicious finish.

A classic style sparkling wine, excellent and refreshing, and pairs well with any meal or simply enjoyed by the glass.

Solemnis Primitivo Salento

A timeless classic... Solemnis, meaning "the only one" is the gem of Salento and recognized as one of natures best.

At sight this wine is a concentrated and deep ruby red color with great glass composition and intense purple colors with rose border lines, which turn orange with age. On the nose, the bouquet is persistent and delicious with an impact of summer forest soil, sweet wild red berries, blackberries, blueberries, and notes of toasted cocoa and coffee beans. On the palate the taste is pleasant, smooth, and velvety with excellent structure and balance, and a delicious, long tanning finish.

Pairs well with roasted or grilled meats, pasta, grilled or fried fish, shellfish, and spicy dishes.
