A distinctive and incredible Chardonnay and a renowned jewel of Sicilian white wines.

From the world renowned wine region of Sicily comes this incredible white wine that is recognized for its excellent quality, wonderful taste, and complexity. First introduced to the region centuries ago to help support French wine production, the Chardonnay grape has developed its own wonderful characteristics in the hot climate and from the volcanic earth that makes up the island.

Winemaker Notes:

Made of hand select grapes, this wine is un–wooded and at sight displays a bright golden yellow with green reflections. The nose is wide, generous and deep with tropical fruits, aromatic herbs, and a hint of minerality from the volcanic earth and Mediterranean Sea. The taste is fresh, silky and pleasant, with smooth vanilla notes, elegant structure, well balanced, with a long, complex and fulfilling finish.

This wine may be enjoyed for 2–3 years during which time it will retain all its freshness.

Pairs wonderfully with grilled or broiled fish, shellfish, poultry, and simply enjoyed by the glass
