Wine Notes:
One of the contemporary and renowned Gems of southern Italian wines and an incredibly distinctive Chardonnay unlike any other from the southern regions.
The word Nottetempo translates to “Nighttime”. The night and its fragrances are the basis of this wine. From an innovative and revolutionary night harvesting method for these Chardonnay grapes, was born the rare wine which holds the freshness and flowers, and fruit fragrances concentrated by the grape during the cool night. The vinification process at a naturally low temperature produces as a result, a very wide and exuberant Chardonnay, of great delicacy and aromatic character, tasty, firm and dry. From the renowned wine region of Salento on the peninsula of Puglia; the "heel" of the Italian "boot", this wine hails from the regions center of attention and well known wine producing district, and is an example of the high quality wines produced in Puglia.
