Growing Conditions: 2004 featured an early bud break following a serious April frost. A warm, pleasant summer with harvest beginning slightly later than normal. Lower than normal yields produced lush, incredibly rich wines.
Tasting Notes: An immediately approachable Petite Sirah with mineral undertones and a soft chocolate kiss. Our 2004 Petite Sirah finishes with nice fruit and a touch of spice.
Cellaring: Enjoyable immediately, but will age beautifully with the passing years. Enjoy by 2012.
